Tekashi 69 entered a not guilty plea in his federal racketeering case. The case based on evidence from officials of gang violence, retaliation, and dealing from the “FeFe” rapper and his crew. Such evidence is drawn from 2013.

6ix9ine has received a trial date for September 4th, 2019 during his hearing.

However, according to TMZ, the rapper will have to wait behind bars for his trail, for right now. His attorney Lance Lazzaro has stated that Tekashi is planning to apply for bail towards the trial judge when the opportunity comes.

Tekashi 6ix9ine is now moved to a new facility in which is used to shelter informants. The rapper is currently having problems within the facility due to the special treatment he is receiving in there, as opposed to the other inmates.
