Kanye West gave Kim Kardashian a $14 Million Christmas gift!

According to TMZ, Kanye made an agreement to buy a mega-unit a super exclusive Miami Beach condo building, named "Billionaire Beach Bunker."

The 18-story building is resided by investment fund gazillionaires and rich land developers.

Sources also told the site that Kanye made the offer in secret this month, and he surprised Kim with on Christmas day.

The rapper found out about this place while in the city for Art Basel, which Kim has never seen. He regularly goes to the Basel which makes his ties to the city deep. Additionally, Kim also filmed her popular show, "Kourtney & Kim Take Miami."

The unit is a nice home right on the beach. It is 4,700 square feet with 4 bedrooms, 5 1/2 baths, and a huge terrace. The building also has a gym, pool, and spa.
