Tekashi 69 believe he can come out of jail much earlier than expected from the help of his of his former friends that he snitched on.

The rapper's former manager, Shotti, has already pled guilty in the federal racketeering cases. However, there are still more defendants that are connected to the case who have been scheduled to go trial this upcoming September.

Tekashi and his attorney want the others to take the deals, in which various evidence is held against them so that a trail will not be needed.

According to TMZ, the rapper's attorney, Dawn Florio, tells the site that "f the other men strike plea deals and the trial is called off ... they'll ask a judge to grant 6ix9ine time served -- he's been locked up since November. If the judge grants it, he'd walk free because he's fulfilled his obligations under his cooperation agreement with authorities."

However, only one other defendant have filed to have the charges dismiss the charges. Florio is hopeful that a plea deal will happen soon.

As for Tekashi 69, if this plan works he would escape 47 years to life in prison sentence.
