NBA Star Derrick Rose Wins Rape Lawsuit, Accuser Shut Down

Derrick Rose wins over rape lawsuit case that he has been battling over the years after his former ex-girlfriend accused him of rape!

The woman accused NBA star and his friends of gang-raping her at the apartment which she lives at in 2013. She sued Rose, and was seeking $21.5 million dollars for “damages.”

However, in 2016 a jury found Derrick and his friends not guilty for the alleged gang rape of the Basketball star player ex-girlfriend. They expressed that nothing added up, and that made the decision easier before hearing the verdict.

According to The Blast, “the appeals court ruled that the lower court verdict,” which resulted in the case being dismissed.
