Markus Myrie Files Police Report On Buju Banton Following Alleged Incident

Rumors of Buju Banton having an alleged physical altercation with his son Markus Myrie, popular Dancehall producer, might be true.

The Corporate Communication Unit of Jamaica Constabulary Force has confirmed that a report was made regarding the alleged assault at Gargamel Music Studios in St. Andrew, Jamaica, according to Loop Jamaica.

Deputy superintendent of police Dahlia Garrick told the site that, “A report has been made to the Constant Spring police in regards to the Buju matter and a statement will be released soon."

Last night the dancehall producer made several posts on his Instagram story in which he blasted his father. Markus also went to the extent of pleading for Donald Trump to send him back to prison.

Additionally, Buju's son made comment within his post that hinted at a physical altercation.

Markus expressed, " ... It hurt say u cah get fi ten liberty a me don't? But blessed in the child that has his own, oh and me a press charges."

Buju Banton will be performing live tomorrow at the National Stadium in Kingston, Jamaica, which will be his first performance since release.
