Remy Ma Facing 4 Charges For Alleged Assault Case

Remy Ma has been hit with four charges for allegedly punching Brittney Taylor.

According to TMZ , the prosecutors filed four charges on Friday against the rapper for "2 counts of assault in the third degree, 1 count of aggravated harassment in the second degree, and 1 count of harassment in the second degree ... all of which are misdemeanors."

The charge comes from an alleged incident that occurred between the rapper and Love and Hip-Hop: New York star Brittney Taylor. Taylor accused Remy of assault in the right eye at the Pretty Lou Benefit Concert at Irving Plaza in NYC.

Remy's attorney, Dawn Florio, also told the news site that prosecutors updated the time when the incident occurred, 9:30pm to 10:30pm. However, the "Conceited" rapper has video evidence of her arriving at the venue around that time.

Remy Ma has been offered a deal to plead guilty to top charge, of assault in third degree which will dropped the rest. The rapper has not taken the deal and is set for trail in July.
